Queues and flyers
This is what freshers' week is mostly about. We queued for over 3 hours yesterday to get our university IDs. Consequently, everyone in my department has a very fed-up looking ID photo which will be with them for the next 5 years.
Also joined the NUS (more queuing for my 3rd student ID card), fusion and UCCF (who managed to co-exist happily on neighbouring stalls), and got a bunch of info on other stuff going on.
There's about 65 on my course - 44% of us are 'mature'. Course looks interesting. I have some reservations but will probably iron them out.

Ah yes...
Mine's the stereotypical "so when they gonna click the camera....when.. twiddle twiddle... oh.. Oh - the guy at the computer... oh, it's TAKEN?? Oh poo..." pose. ;o)
