One week down...
...Five years to go.
Got to see the hospital today. It seems big. It's mostly one big 12 story 1960s tower block with a few low-rise buildings scattered around. Had fire safety training, involving a smoke filled room. Great fun, but apparently we weren't very good, so in the event of a fire don't expect me to rescue you.
Still getting used to the structure of the course and what is expected of us out of timetabled hours - which is quite a large portion of the week.

You crack me up. You should arite a journal of medical school which you publish in 5 years time and makes you both rich and famous aka "dross & noise"? (cf Kipling) Started leading studies of Galatians with my intern yesterday. Had a tazo chai tea last night and thought of you. God bless, don't go starting any fires!
