Things have been busy. I'd thought I'd give you the pictorial version of the last couple of weeks.
Had lots of reading to do recently. Medicine is a very serious subject and the textbooks are stoical.

However, when things are getting too much it's always nice to get away from the stress and find some peace and tranquility at the seaside.

I found myself chasing a bird along the beach. Is there a Beach Boys song about that?

We've had quite a few people in and out of the house today to fix our bathroom. The luxury university accomodation in which I live has been without a bathroom window for the last couple of months. Well, that's a bit unfair. It had half a bathroom window. The other half fell off one rainy night and had to be boarded over. But now we have a lovely double glazed PVC jobby and the house has that charming aroma of industrial solvent cleaner about it. I popped back home for lunch today and ended up having a lie down as the world swam from me. Quite a relaxing experience really, but not much good when you've got work to be getting on with.
So inspired have I become with all this modernising of my house (or is the industrial solvent?) that I have had a go myself. My attempts at redecorating the kitchen, however, have had a mixed reception from my housemates.

Peace out, my brothers and sisters.
