"Petition against the proposal to make all graduates pay tuition fees upfront.
We think the government is wrong to deny graduates starting on medicine courses in England in 2006 a student loan to cover their tuition fees. Graduates will still be able to apply for a normal student loan to cover living costs. However, they WILL NOT be eligible for a loan to cover their tuition fees."
