Ode to Annie
No beginning of year post would be complete without a word about Resuss Annie. Annie has been a constant in the continually changing routines and expectations of our course.
Turning up for a spot of advanced life support training yesterday we noticed our tutor was carrying a large black suitcase. Inside, and grotesquely folded in half like the unfortunate protagonist in some kind of Mafia kidnapping, was Annie. This year, Annie had been involved in a high speed road traffic accident and required spinal immobilisation.
Thank you Annie. You've always been there when you've needed us.
