Sunrise just isn't what it used to be
I usually go and watch the sun rise on the summer solstice. Usually it's pretty spectacular.
This morning it went almost unnoticed.

And then it was gone.
But still a nice distraction from revision. Today I learnt that gross motor development can be reflected in building a tower out of bricks, the number of bricks being age x 2. An 18 month old should be able to build a tower of three bricks; a 2 year old, four bricks, etc. I should be able to build a tower 57 and a half bricks high but I haven't tried.

Amy is three now and is very good at building towers !!! Good luck with all that is before you.
I watched the sunrise this morning, it was pretty amazing, but I missed most of it. I caught the 5:30 onwards part.
The pictures are not dissimilar to what we see out of our kitchen window each morning. Only without the cloud, plus some papyrus and eucatyptus and few more degrees in heat.
